have a problem with Depth

hey,

I've been trying for a long time to get a 3D model of my human model and i get the same problem.

my SFM model looks fine:

but my final model dont look so good:

My data is 200 pics of a model spinning on a 360 stage and camera set in 1 place.

I removed all my data background and put white one like in the manual instructions:

I tried different settings but the result does not change much.

Do you have any recommendations for me?
