OBJ file import into Cad

Greetings,

I would like to find out how I can get the obj file and it’s dependency's into AutoDesk Civil 3D. Civil 3D is used primarily in the civil engineering field. Civil 3d’s native format is dwg or dxf. I haven’t tried the Meshroom software yet but if I can get the data into Civil 3D then it would be very useful for construction inspections and as-builds. 

Please let me know the export capabilities of Meshroom.
