Crashing every time

I have troubles running it. After fresh win 10 install and new RTX 3070 GPU crashing every 5-10 sec after launch. I don't know where is the problem. ???

System info: ASRock x570 Phantom gaming 4, Ryzen 7 5800x, 64GB ddr4 3200, RTX 3070 8GB,
