CCTAG3 Generation

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well. I have a question related to the CCTAG3 generation. I am currently working on a project where I need to identify 32 exact positions, so I am using the 32 markers in these positions. However, I need two more markers as a reference to measure the distance between this positions.

Is it possible to generate more than 32 CCTAG3 markers?

Hello,

I believe CCTAG3 only supports up to 32. You likely will want to use CCTAG4 with support for more than 32. We don't have premade ones, so you'll need to follow the directions linked from 
https://github.com/alicevision/Meshroom/wiki/CCTAG-scaling
which points to this URL that provides an explanation on how to run this tool for CCTAG4

The python command that you'll need to run will look something like:

python3 ./generate.py --outdir markers4 --rings 4 --margin 100 --addId --generatePdf
