I have two cameras that I have dedicated to my little photogrammetry studio. One is a point click samsung that shoots movies at 1080p, 30fps. The other is a canon 700d that with magic lantern I can shoot at 5k but only 3fps. If I use only the canon then I can get a decent result if I set the feature detection to high, but it takes forever. I don't need to use high in order to use the samsung, and so I get a faster result. More frames makes for easier feature detection.
My question though is that if I have two sequences of picture of shot with both cameras on the same subject for 2 minutes, is it possible that the samsung can help the images of the canon with regard to feature detection so that I don't need to use the high anymore?
