Cannot add images to meshroom on PC but works fine on laptop

Trying to create a model of a model car and when I tried the latest version (or any version) on my PC it just doesn't work, it either says the image is corrupted or says the model is less than zero in the command prompt of meshroom. Meanwhile if I do the same thing with the exact same images on my laptop it works perfectly.

Both my machines are similar, laptop has an i5-7300HQ, GTX100 and 12GB RAM while my PC has an i5-7600K, GTX1070 and 16GB RAM.

I'd ensure the image file path is not like those strange unicode file paths that contain non-ASCII chars (e.g. user profile with fancy user name will give it for all user profile sub-directories). Just guessing.
