Metric Scale Stereo Pipeline [Including Stereo Extrinsics]

Hello,

I wante to ask about how I can obtain metric reconstruction using a stereo camera pair with known extrinsics. 

I have these cameras calibrated and have the transformation between each left and right camera. Does the software support metric scale estimation if the transform from left to right is "known" (i.e., I have the calibrated extrinsics).

If so, how could I perform this using either Meshroom or AliceVision?
