Alice in Wonderland Syndrome

Alice in Wonderland Syndrome (AIWS or AWS) describes a set of symptoms, the most common of which are distortion of body image, e.g. hands or head perceived to be larger than in reality, and distortion of visual perception, e.g. objects appearing to be smaller or larger than in reality.
