Hi,

In the second question, what is the meaning of the symbol "L"?

L is just an index running from 1 to k, so I can't understand why a
general entry in can be a result of calculation of the entire vector
norm. (The same goes to question 3)

In questions 3 and 4 when you say Norm(z)4-2 (2 is the subscript) you
mean the euclidian norm quadrupled or the 4-norm squared? please
clarify the hint in this aspect as the signs are mixed a bit.

Thanks,
Nir

Hey,

Although not specified, I'm guessing the meaning is for all "L" between 1 and d (seemed to work out for me).

Regarding the norm(z)4-2 in questions 3-4, I believe it refers to the Euclidean norm quadrupled (also seemed to work out for me).

I'm not 100% sure about my answers, so some clarifications would be nice.

Thanks for your answer, but regarding the use of "L" - still does not
makes sense to me.
