send you copies of all references found;

2) conduct an in-person, telephone, or e-mail consultation to understand the
key details of your invention that need to go into a patent application, as
well as consult with you as to whether your patent rights have potentially
been compromised;

3) assemble your information into a short draft, preliminary, incomplete
patent application which you may be able to complete yourself*, give to
another patent professional, OR choose to engage our services; AND

4) prepare an estimate of how much time, information, and money will be
necessary to complete and file your application.

Estimates generally range between $1200 and $3500 (in addition to the
original $900).
