TheAmos Rehabilitation Keep, or ARK, rehabilitates marine turtles and marine birds from the coastal zone of Mustang Island and St. Joseph Island. Consultative and collaborative services are available to marine wildlife rehabilitation facilities and staff at all other locations and regions.

The ARK also deals with stranded (dead) sea turtles and marine mammals through our long association with the national and state stranding networks (Sea Turtle Stranding and Salvage Network [STSSN] and the Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network [TMMSN]).

Conduct sea turtle surveys using the ARK's ATV during the nesting season (March 1 - September 15) or assist on San Jose Island with beach surveys. Perform animal rescues (after training) or pick up animals at various locations outside the Mustang Island area.

Tubulin and FtsZ share a common fold of two domains connected by a central helix. Structure-based sequence alignment shows that common residues localize in the nucleotide-binding site and a region that interacts with the nucleotide of the next tubulin subunit in the protofilament, suggesting that tubulin and FtsZ use similar contacts to form filaments. Surfaces that would make lateral interactions between protofilaments or interact with motor proteins are, however, different. The highly conserved nucleotide-binding sites of tubulin and FtsZ clearly differ from those of EF-Tu and other GTPases, while resembling the nucleotide site of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. Thus, tubulin and FtsZ form a distinct family of GTP-hydrolyzing proteins.

The TV show that was on air from 1951-1953 featured an African American cast who, although they may not have been using actual blackface but were instructed to keep to the dialect and voices of the original actors thus creating a form of virtual blackface. The show was short lived because of a formal protest by the NAACP who felt the show was a series of racist portrayals that were contributing to a negative opinion of African Americans. This is direct evidence of the changing role and acceptance outlined in our readings and seen in the culture as mentioned by Stephen Johnson when he talks about the blackface appearance of Pat Paulsen that never aired.3

Atrium Health Levine Children's pediatricians in the Triad region of North Carolina provide medical and neurodevelopmental evaluations and treatment for children with diagnosed or suspected developmental disabilities.

If your child has a developmental, learning, or behavioral problem, a developmental-behavioral pediatrician has the training and expertise to evaluate and care for your child. Developmental-behavioral pediatricians possess training and experience to consider, in their assessments and treatments, the medical and psychosocial aspects of children's and adolescents' developmental and behavioral problems.

Developmental-behavioral pediatricians evaluate, counsel, and provide treatment for children, adolescents, and their families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral difficulties. These include:

Our team of developmental-behavioral pediatricians understand that children's development and behavior happen first and foremost in the context of the family. We seek to understand a family's view of the problem and the effect of the child's problem on the family. Our team advocates for our patients with developmental and behavioral problems by working closely with schools, preschools, and other agencies involved with developmental care and education.

Our team of developmental-behavioral pediatricians work closely with a team of professionals. This team may include a psychologist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, neurodevelopmental disabilities pediatrician, child psychiatrist, child neurologist, nurse practitioner, physician's assistant, educational diagnostician, or clinical social worker.

Clinical social workers are licensed mental health professionals trained to serve and treat clients experiencing individual, family and community challenges. Social workers approach the client's needs from a systems perspective, viewing the client and their presenting problems within the context of their environment and social systems. Social workers value meeting the client where they are and maintaining a strengths focused approach. Client education and advocacy, connection to resources, and treatment for mental and behavioral health symptoms are the primary goals of clinical social work.

Clinical social workers attend two years of graduate school at an accredited university and practice under the oversight of a licensure supervisor for approximately two years post-graduation. Clinical social workers received their full clinical licensure after 3,000 hours of direct clinical practice and 100 hours of supervision. You can expect a compassionate, understanding and thorough approach to best meet the needs of your child and family.

In synonymous parallelism a phrase is repeated a little differently in the subsequent phrase, but it conveys the same meaning in order to bold or underscore an idea (Psalm 2:4). In Antithetical parallelism the subsequent phrase is an opposite idea or concept from the previous phrase demonstrating contrasting ideas (Psalm 34:10). In Synthetic parallelism the first phrase begins an idea with each connected and subsequent phrase giving a little more detail until the idea or concept is completely communicated (Psalm 1:3).

Amos 4:6-11 whether it has actually been penned in the Hebrew poetic form of Synthetic parallelism or not, it does exhibit Synthetic (developing) characteristics. Read Amos 4:6-11, do you see how each connected phrase provides the reader (and originally the hearer) with more information as the text progresses?

Context gives us so much clarity. By reading one verse in the passage, I would assume the Lord blessed them with good, non decaying white teeth as a gift. But obviously they were rejecting him and he took food including bread away from them as punishment. When we read novels, we need to understand previous pages of the book. It makes sense that we must understand the context of the whole chapter, book, and really the entire Bible to fully grasp certain verses. Unfortunately, most Christians do not have this mindset.

Instead of blaming the Devil or being mad at God, we need to humbly go to the Lord and ask for forgiveness when we are being judged for our disobedience. Great point made there at the end and great exegesis of Scripture Markus Aurelius.

You can use any method of making digital 3D models. Our students at Pilchuck used 3D scanning, which is a great way to make 3D forms from found objects, nature, or even traditionally sculpted shapes. No expensive equipment required, you can use a camera and some nifty software to capture 3D models. There are countless other ways to make one, from freeform 3D sculpting to precision solid modeling. Whatever way you choose is valid.
