Does anyone have a good definition of Spec of a ring spectrum? For
example, what is Spec of (p-completed) K-theory? Does it matter that
K/p is not strictly commutative, or that there is a big moduli space
of A-infinity multiplications on K/p?

Well - there is Jacob's definition, where it is spec of pi_0 together
with the structure sheaf of E_infty ring spectra. But my guess is
that this is not the spec you are looking for.
