Next Steps: programming, space, office hours

Hi all!

As the manufacturing program comes to a close, we wanted to touch base on what comes next.

PROGRAMMING

Next week is the final week of official programming for the manufacturing program. That said, we'll still email you about events going on in the space that you can participate in.

Also, we'll continue to hold office hours throughout the year. You can book office hours with Cole here, and the whole hardware team is in the space all the time, so please feel free to grab us. We're here to help!

Finally, let us know if there's anything you need that we can help you with. Just shoot us an email!

FINAL EVENT

Come throw axes with us! We're going to Lumberjaxes in Millvale on Wednesday, 12/19 from 4 - 6:30 PM. Beer/pizza/wings will be provided. Please RSVP to me by no later than 12/10; we need an exact count. Hope you can join us!

SPACE

As you know, you're in your current spaces through the end of March 2019. Then we're kicking you out to make way for the next cohort! Know that you're always welcome to come back for the day and work from the common spaces, book a conference room when you need it, etc. But that also means that you'll need to find a new HQ for April 2019 on! Two major resources to help:

1) Check out this spreadsheet compiled by Project Olympus with all the co-working spaces in the area.

2) Innovation Works has a partnership with Alloy 26 where our companies get 6 months of free space, with up to 5 dedicated seats per company. Alloy 26 is part of the Nova Place complex on the North Side. It's right next to IW, Union Fitness gym, Federal Galley, etc. There is also additional office space in multiple buildings to consider as your company grows, some with short-term, flexible leases.
