Beware of the plague Entries and Help

Hello all

If you are thinking of entering Beware of the plague Audax either before or on the day could you let me know please by Tuesday 5th September , I will be ordering cards that evening and I will have a better idea of how many I need if you all let me know in advance.

I also require help on the day at the following times

Alfreton house

2 until 330pm

330 until close 530pm ish

Making tea/coffee etc

Ideally 2 people for each of the times

If you able to help please let me know ASAP

Hello All

Beware of the plague Sunday September 17th 2017, I still don't have any help for the above event in the afternoon, so desperately need someone to come forward with help if you can?

Remember Audax events are the main source of income for club funds , which we use to subsidise, club shirts, club cycle trips and meals etc.

Without Audax events the club would not have the funds we currently have.

At present I have 

Morning - Rob Stevens

                  Julie Stevens 

                  Chris Bowler (Eyam control)

Need help -

                  2pm until 3.30pm ( 2 people if possible )

                  3.30 until 5.30pm ( 2 people if possible)

If no one comes forward I will have no choice but to cancel the Audax.

Julie & Rob have volunteered to come down 330 until 530 but you are more than welcome to round and help if you want to and have a cup of tea and cake etc
