Hi guys,

in the home page I see that there are some problems with characters, now I see in the section about my book :-P
It seems that someone added special character pasting wiki sections, now there are some characters including "€" that we have to remove from the description of the book.

I can't edit the page directly so I think that Jeff could help me on this

During these days I would like to add in the home page of the wiki the new book about Alfresco Share that I reviewed for Packt:

The book should be published during this month.

Please let me know how we can update the page.
Thank you.

Cheers,
Piergiorgio

No problem, Piergiorgio, I've got it.

BTW, I also noticed some special characters on the new Java-backed Web Scripts page.

I thought I had finished with that page, I don't see any problem now.

Could you please show me where are these special characters?

Thank you
Piergiorgio

There is one immediate after each of the following:
The ending <get>
This is the descriptor file for the web script named simple implementing the method <GET>
This will return JSON:  { 'field1' : 'data1'
In the conference, we looked at how something like this can be used to produce a "random image"
The prefix "webscript"
In this case, the authentication is set to "user"

Thank you Jeff,

using Google Chrome these special characters are hidden!!!

So now I tried with FireFox and I can see all this strange characters in the page.

I updated the page and for the future I will test pages using FireFox.

Thank you again.
