Alfresco community 5.1 and Outlook integration

Hi,

Can someone please guide on how to proceed with Alfresco community 5.1 Integration with Outlook.

dhananjay I think that the outlook integration module is just part of Alfresco One, the enterprise version.

In community version your best chance is configuring IMAP in Alfresco and configuring it as an external account in Outlook:

What is the licensing model for those products ? Do you charge by server or by user ? What is the approximate cost?

The Alfresco One subscription cost model is based on both servers and users.

The first thing to do is making a sizing for what you need and then ask a quote to an Alfresco partner.
