Sending email attachment to third party in Activiti workflow

       Can anyone point me to a tutorial of how to send an attachment in a workflow to a third party?

Just on how to send an attachment through the javascript api. I put a support ticket with alfresco support and they were unable to help me with it. 

   var document = bpm_package.children[0];

   var mail = actions.create("mail");

  mail.parameters.to = "ThirdPartyEmailAddress";

   mail.parameters.subject = "Test Email";

   mail.parameters.from = initiator.properties["cm:email"];

   mail.parameters.text ="Test Email";

   mail.execute(document);

Is there another parameter for the mail.parameters that i am missing?
