Move after adding

Is there a way for Bulk Import to move files from the source folder to another folder after they have been successfully added to Alfresco ?

G'day Zahid,

The tool doesn't currently provide such a feature - in general it is better to handle those kinds of tasks via scripting outside of Alfresco.

If those scripts need to know when a transfer has completed, they can poll the status web script [1].

I should also mention that moving the source files if they were imported in-place will break Alfresco.  In-place imports simply point the repository to the files where they are on-disk, at which point they must be managed solely by Alfresco from that point onward.
