I called the number at least three times but it never completes the call or rings at all, so no way to leave voicemail. Do I still complete a new intake and save under pending?

I did the intake for Sara Sellers and placed it under pending, I also just called once again today and got no answer, voicemail was full but had the option to send SMS with the telephone number in it. Do I change the status of the intake?
