How did the accident happen: PC stated she had passed the gas station on her right hand side so she U-turned at the intersection, she then got in a middle turning lane to make a left hand turn into the gas station, she made the left hand turn but stopped in the middle of the parking lot entrance, bc her daughter was going to a nearby ATM, as soon as her daughter got out the car she was rear-ended by a car, the car then fled but PC's daughter got the tag# and the cops tracked her down later, PC stated the cops still marked her at-fault stating road rage played a factor
