I think we need to ensign the NY Litigation case and just call for this one, so it should be two she can learn from.

With the contact below, I would either call and/or email this person. I appears they sent an email requesting contact regarding a car accident. Even though it may appear that the person is located in Honduras, it could be for a relative or friend involved in an accident in SC . We often see situations like this where the legal issue is in the US, but person trying to help is back home in another country.
