Cancelling ticket after check-in

Is there any way to allow ticket cancellation after check-in, short of reverting check-in for everybody? We used the URL feature to distribute surveys, but now nobody can cancel their own ticket (oops!) and the event is still a month out.

sorry, checked-in tickets cannot be cancelled.

you can revert the check-in manually, one by one, by clicking on Actions -> check-in from the event detail.

On the "checked-in" tab you can revert the check-in
