Forthis disassembly you need just a few basic tools: Phillips screwdriver #1 or #0, case opener tool and tweezers. At the end of this guide you will find a link to the official HP 15-cs series laptop service manual.

I need to replace the keyboard on my HP 15-cs3073cl and when you lift the keyboard you will find a sheet of plastic that fits between the keyboard and the metal tray that goes over the fan and motherboard, but what is the plastic sheeting and what is it called.


If your laptop is overheating during operation and sharply turning off, this most likely is overheating of the cooling system. The reason for this is the accumulation of dust on the radiator. If not clean the cooling system in a timely manner, it may cause damage to the laptop. You can eliminate this problem by repeating the procedures shown in the video below.

hello melisa, its difficult at first but if i were you search youtube for disassembly i just watch there and follow the video and i clean my fan and assemble it without a problem. you can do it trust yourself. =)


Hello Rokas you dont need to remove all that screw trust me, i watch one video in youtube, without removing whole heatsink in the board just remove the screw on the fan and you will clean it without a problem. =)


Just a question ,i previously had issues with hp pavillion laptops whereby they overheat ,as a tech i narrowed down the issue to a flaw in design of the cooling system whereby the heatsink had only one copper tube serving both the GPU & the Processor so for processors like AMD they tend to overheat and damage the GPU as well..in the case of the above machine what is the experience as i can see HP has introduced two copper tubes .kindly keep me informed as i had actually kept off buying or recommending pavillion laptops.& again what is the normal temp on this machine when idle?


Lendager Group was founded with the explicit goal of becoming the leading sustainable architectural office in Denmark. Exploring the concept of Design for Disassembly (DfD for short), their recent project in Milan is grounded in the growing concern around resource consumption and low recycling rates within the construction industry. Expanding on themes of the circular economy, their work was designed utilizing chairs made of ocean plastic and the pavilion was designed for disassembly.


Originally made for the Tokyo Olympics, the Denmark Pavilion came to life during Milan Design Week 2021. A joint effort between Visit Denmark, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Architecture Center, Realdania and the architects, the project was brought to life as a travelling pavilion. As a unique sustainable concept that the group felt deserved attention, the project and exhibition was part of Rossana Orlandis TrasFormationVillage in the courtyard of the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Milan, where the Danish travel pavilion was the exhibition's largest and most ambitious feature.


As the team notes, the pavilion was built of more than 500 chairs, which are made of industrial waste plastic, ocean plastic and wood. "The floor of the pavilion is made of recycled wood, and the roof is made of roofing shingles made of waste plastic in a refugee camp in Uganda. The theme for the pavilion was learning, and the exhibition inside the building was about circular economy illustrated through architecture."


As architect Andrea Cutieru notes, the DfD process requires a significant amount of planning early on in the design phase, and there are strategies and principles to consider when working to ensure the architectural object holds value once it reaches the end of its life. Events such as the Olympics and Milan Design week have historically been characterized by the consumption of materials, which too often end up as waste. For the Denmark Pavilion, the Lendager Group aimed to develop a sustainable exhibition model that made sense in both a local and international context. This was achieved by designing the pavilion of chairs so that it was prepared for disassembly and that the components can be reused in future buildings, before they eventually end up as furniture.


The magnetic release coupling was originally conceived to reduce exposure of works to radiation and to eliminate inadvertent decoupling of pipe connections. The magnetic coupling provided a quick disconnect connection that did not require time consuming assembly and disassembly while providing a secure connection with a streamlined outer profile for use with no catching or interference problems. The coupling also provided excellent response to impact. After conception, the coupling was projected into other uses such as torque transfer, component connections, hidden connections and tension release mechanisms.


This technology can be applied to any industry requiring connections that are tough, quick connecting and disconnecting, and require only a magnetic key for operation. Some prospective areas of use would include torque transfer, pipe connection, electrical connection, hose connection, electrical box closure, cabinet closure, tire installation, tubular frame assembly, antennae assembly, and pavilion assembly.


SRNL invites interested companies with proven capabilities in this area of expertise to develop commercial applications for this process or product under a cooperative research and development agreement or licensing agreement. Interested companies will be requested to submit a business plan setting forth company qualifications, strategies, activities, and milestones for commercializing this invention. Qualifications should include past experience at bringing similar products to market, reasonable schedule for product launch, sufficient manufacturing capacity, established distribution networks, and evidence of sufficient financial resources for product development and launch.


The demolition of the Paviljoen building on the TU/e campus is part of a European study into circular concrete in which the prefab concrete beams and columns from this building will be reused. During this process, TU/e researchers will look into ways to improve demolition, disassembly and reuse. In doing so, they want to optimize the design process of new buildings with reuse in mind in order to build more sustainably.


How can you make use of demolition waste? What impact do the materials you use have on the environment? What is the adaptive capacity of buildings? From now on, Real Estate will place greater emphasis on these questions as it devises its (re)construction plans. A working group spent the past year considering the options with regard to circular construction and will present a policy paper this week that needs to help the university increase its efforts to integrate circularity in building processes.


The design of each pavilion leverages the idea of simply extruding the parking spaces vertically. The spaces are oriented to allow for a visual connection to the site and the most efficient parking for bikes to minimize the building footprint. The clear articulation of the building's function is expressed in limestone on the exterior of the building. This material responds to both the surrounding historic and contemporary buildings on campus. Limestone is durable, vandal resistant, and contextually sensitive; however, it is also heavy and opaque. Reimagining this material as a louver provides visual transparency that allows users to see if parking spaces are available while connecting those inside the structure to context beyond.


The innovative dry-stacked limestone louver assembly is designed to act as the building's columns, shear walls, parking spaces, roof drainage, and building signage. Each louver is designed for disassembly allowing the limestone to be reused and the steel to be recycled if the building ever outlives its useful life.


It was a 3+ hour process because the top is one solid unit which means I had to take everything out of the case (up to and including the motherboard) before I could even get to the keyboard! (and I had never worked on this model before so I took my time, and double checked, and organized screws, etc, so I did not mess up anything else doing it that I would have to eat the cost of)


One of my latest gifts to myself was a Framework laptop. They actually ship it with a screwdriver included, which is reportedly the only tool you need to do a complete disassembly of the laptop down to components in less than twenty minutes. Plus, each component has a QR code sticker on it (or near it) that you can scan to go to the web site to order a replacement part. Very cool!


Your ethics are admirable. My very first job was in sales/service in a family business. There is one thing that is very hard for ethical people to understand. And that is the inherent distrust and haggling in dealing with customers.
