Hello LIst,
The human body (if we study the human anatomy) has a tremendous capacity to twist. This capability is however subsumed by our industrial civilization which tends to lock the movement of the body in a two dimensional plane.

As I attempt to correct my USE, I find that my body is rediscovering the TWIST pathways, most visible in the legs and feet; resulting in a tendency to twist and go out of balance when I get up suddenly from a sitting or lying position.

Imagine the toes of the feet being able to individually flex and play on a piano, how much it would add to the overall flexibility of the body! Could we get this flexibility with our shoes on? Women frequently wear sandals, is their body balance somewhat different .......?

Regards,
Selvaraj
