Happy New Year
Our fragile little ship is getting a stress test and that's being added to by the USA!
One of my favourite FMA passages was where he mentioned the instincts which underpin many behaviours.
It changed the wayI look at a lot of things.
One of the things I value in mind/body techniques is increased interoceptive awareness  which makes us aware of basic reactions that lead to destructive emotions which we tend to not acknowledge or deny.
It is prople who are unaware of how the work who get exploited by a certain type of politician.
