Thanks. I like No pain, no pain, personally!  Also I think, no strong emotion (esp.  fear) no pain- some say true pain doesn't hurt. Then, inability to feel pain is a big problem-eg leprosy. A huge interesting area . Regards,Theresa

Choose products that are comprised of organic foods that have no need for animal testing at all because they’ve been proven safe & effective by millennia of human nutrition! Such as those at  www.ttorganics.com  .

Hi Theresa,

feeling pain can be important: I wrote an article about Repetitive
Strain Injuries recently suggesting that, based on personal and
professional experience, the suppression of discomfort and mild pain
may be a factor in developing a repetitive strain injury (RSI).

Best wishes,

Pain is something to listen and follow and not to resists to. We can call "suffering" the resistence to pain. Less resistence, less suffering.

Hi Nick

Thanks so much for the helpful articles & the links.

I've been working on this for 22 years now!

After an alexander lesson my body, eyes & head are beautifully free & clear  & I have a feeling of being " above "pain  - there's just good sensation, pleasure really.  Sometimes I can organise this for myself but it takes a lot of time out which doesn't seem to be available too often.

I'm looking forward to exploring further into working from the visual system itself which is what I got from the eyebody workshop I attended in February.

I'm co organising the first Sydney eyebody workshop Sunday 19th June & having individual lessons also this time . Spaces are available for both.

Regards
 Theresa
