15th st bike lanes - acute impacts?

Kinda odd request - WABA is potentially looking for one or more folks who moved to Virginia but commute regularly into DC using the 14th Street Bridge/15th Street bike lanes to join our lawsuit against the lanes' removal. We want to underscore the removal's adverse impacts, and we think folks who located/relocated/took a job based on the assumption that this bike infrastructure would be in place could provide a compelling narrative. Obviously we're all impacted to some extent, but we're trying to identify people with clear, specific impacts.
