Site 1: Dora Kelly New Bridge – Construction contract is awarded and notice to proceed is August 1, 2025. Physical construction is anticipated to begin early to mid-August. When construction begins, the trail portion from Beaureguard St. to the current fair-weather crossing will be closed for the duration of the project. Staff will be posting walking and cycling detour signs over the next few weeks. Anticipated construction duration is one year.

 

Site 2: Holmes Run Trail Bridge at Morgan Street Cul-de-Sac - Construction activities continue and completion with opening anticipated in mid-August. Please note, completion of both sites 2 & 3 must occur before the reponing of the trail section to North Beauregard Street (photo attached).

 

Site 3: Holmes Run Trail at North Ripley Street - Construction activities continue and completion with opening anticipated in mid-August. Please note, completion of both sites 2 & 3 must occur before the reponing of the trail to North Beauregard Street.

 

Site 4: 4600 Duke St. Bridge Crossing – Project completed summer 2023.
