I try to install SEP unmanaged client on a testing computer and I had a little problem. Previously this computer was installed with SEP managed client. I uninstalled it and delete all the SEP remaining files and folders under "Program Data" and "Local" (O/S Windows 7). I also confirmed the Live Update is removed under Control Panel. However, after I reinstall the software, the Live Update option is gray (not selectable). I check the "Troubleshooting - Management" and there is no management server. When I move the curse over the Live Update option, it will say "Your administrator has locked this feature". How can I unlock the Live Update? Thank you for your help in advance.
