6th European Call
Dear friends,
We would like to invite you to the 6th European Call of the StopReArm campaign, which will take place on Monday November 3rd at 7:00 PM CEST via zoom. Please register using link here .
This session will open with a deep dive into the unfolding EU militarization plans, featuring an input by Laeticia Sedou from the European Network Against Armstrade (ENAAT).
Here you can find the minutes of our last meeting that took place on the 28th of October.
During this call, we will finalize our joint letter to MEPs opposing EU rearmament and urging elected representatives to stand with us. Please read it in advance and come prepared! You can find the current draft here

We will discuss with MEPs Marc Botenga(Belgium, PtB-PvDA, The Left) & Cristina Guarda (Italy, Europa Verde, The Greens/EFA) on the upcoming budget vote in the European Parliament and the accelarating militarization of our continent. (registration link to be communicated next week)
The StopReArm Coordination is launching a survey among all signatory organizations, running from October 28 to November 30, 2025.
The goal is to assess our collective strengths and weaknesses, gather insights on positions and capacities within our network, and strategically plan our next steps together.
The results will help us map our network, strengthen coordination, and plan upcoming actions.Your participation is highly valuable (though not mandatory).

Ahead of the COP30, The War on Climate coalition launched a call on governments to include military emissions in global carbon accounting, reduce military emissions and fund climate action, diplomacy and peacebuilding over increasing military spending.You can join their call by signing it here
