Channels have been moved to their own project

I've just moved the channel and pipeline code that was previously in
"aleph-core" into a separate repository [1]. The aleph/aleph-core
distinction wasn't very clear, and I think channels have the utility
and potential to be used in libraries and applications other than
Aleph. If anyone has any questions about them, this is still the
appropriate mailing list to use.

I've just realized I never incremented the version when I did this,
which probably broke a few project out there. 0.1.2-SNAPSHOT will
still rely on aleph-core, and should allow all existing projects to
work as expected. 0.1.3-SNAPSHOT will use lamina, which will require
existing projects to do a search-and-replace. Sorry for any trouble
this may have caused.
