How to get the abc file start end time value? Sorry, I new use alembic API.

I can get the start and end time value, thank. i have one more question, if I use IArchive how to get the fps?

There is no FPS in Alembic files. Different attributes can be written at different moments in time. To get the FPS of the DCC that wrote the Alembic file, check out this discussion. In short, it's been possible since Alembic 1.7.12, but only if the DCC writes the field. Blender supports this.
