AbcCoreOgawa:

Avoid a buffer overrun when reading maliciously formed string and wstring
samples. (PR500)

AbcGeom:

Protect against a buffer overrun when filling xform op channels. (PR497)

When writing samples for OPoints, if no ids are given just write an empty
sample. (PR501)
