Hello guys,
Glad that we are officially moving forward with the idea proposed for the Outreach 2014!
We're in a process of setting things up and to be frank, this is quite something to think about and deal seriously! We're taking up the whole responsibility and holding the event all on ourselves. A blue print of what We're going to do has already been given to you by Ebin.

We're thinking to prepare brochures, posters, booklets for public awareness etc.
So, following on the decisions made in the first meeting conducted on last Thursday, an initial version of the "List of Information" has been drafted.
IT IS NOT THE FINAL VERSION but it's something to give you an idea about what it should be. We should think about what changes to make, what we should add to it, how creative the final version should be, etc.
