2) Software Analyst - Trainee:-

Programming Knowledge: SQL Basics , Basics of Computer

Skill set required:  Good real time logical solving

                           Team player

                           English communication

                          Troubleshooting

                          Additionally, knowledge in SharePoint will be an added advantage.
