He has 14 stage drama's under his belt. His work was not only criticised in the corporate world but is working for government organizations. He was member of the marathi film parikshan & anudan commettee. He is now precident of marathi marathi chitrapat vyavsaik kruti samiti, Marathi laveni producer & artitst sangh, Balgandharv Pariwar, All artitsts welfare association, Natya narmata sangh. He is head of oune division for akhil Bhartiya marathi Chatrapati Mahamandal & Treasurer for akhil Bhartiya Marathi Natya prishad for pune
