Add info about new libraries

When new libraries are created, the creator must add the info about
them on how to use them. For instance, new libraries like libjson and
liblexer are lacking info about how to use them. The information about
the core libraries are provided in the API reference documentation in
alchemy-os website. But other libraries are lacking such information.
Lack of instructions, explanations and examples about an API makes it
completely useless. Please provide a means of giving the instructions
about an API such as JavaDoc. Atleast add the information about the
library in the Google Groups. Sergey, please add info about liblexer
and libjson.
