On 21 Dec 2016 José Teixeira sent the following message to an email distribution list of owners:
Dear Owner.
We are Comissão de Proprietários Albufeira Jardim I. Last October 1st we were nominated in the General Property Council with the main responsibilities to:
1 – Represent the owners of the village close to the Touristic Entity.
2 – Establish a line of criteria in order to define and select the next Touristic Entity that will explore the Village.
3 – Verify in a day by day basis the performance of the Touristic Entity in order to push all parts to comply with responsibilities.
We have also as objectives for the future:
1 – The revamping, modernization and recovering of the Village, buildings and common spaces.
2 – To verify and Audit all the improvements done in the Village.
3 – Transform Albufeira Jardim I in a space of comfort for the families, including the tourists that are visiting us.
Please join us! Join your positive contribution and opinions. With your feed-back but also with your obligations of owner!
We are going to change this place in a special location inside Albufeira! With the best location of the area, the beach, the night and laser zones, we are inside a pearl in Algarve! Please join us in this enforcement to push our village to be the best in class.
We need all of you on this force, more than ever with the ones with their contributions delayed and that for different reasons couldn’t be on time.
Is also important to ask in a special way the owners with delays in payments related with "Owners Community"(Condominium), to solve the depts with Albufeira Jardim in order to help us to promote the Village for the future. Caro Condómino/a.
Somos a Comissão de Condóminos do Albufeira Jardim I, que no passado dia 1 de Outubro foi nomeada em Assembleia Geral de Condóminos com as seguintes e principais responsabilidades:
1 – Representar os Condóminos junto da entidade Exploradora do Aldeamento.
2 – Estabelecer Critérios e Avaliar as Empresas candidatas á sucessão da Admitur na exploração do nosso Empreendimento.
3 – Verificar no dia a dia o bom funcionamento do Condomínio e ajudar a que as partes cumpram com os seus deveres recíprocos.
Temos como objectivo:
1 – A modernização, acompanhamento e recuperação do Empreendimento.
2 – Verificar e auditar contas e obras que se realizem no Empreendimento.
3 – Tornar o Albufeira Jardim num espaço de laser e conforto para todas as famílias, entre elas as dos turistas que nos visitam.
Para isso contamos com todos! Com o vosso contributo positivo, com as vossas opiniões construtivas, com a vossa ajuda e com o cumprimentos das obrigações estatutárias de Condómino!
Vamos tornar o Albufeira Jardim num dos locais especiais de Albufeira, já que temos a melhor localização da região, com praia, cidade, noite e áreas de laser e convívio como poucas zonas no Algarve. Só temos de lutar por este local como ele e nós merecemos!
Estamos neste momento empenhados no processo de seleção da nova entidade Exploradora, e contamos vir a ter um novo paradigma na exploração que constitua uma nova mais valia para todos. Para os Proprietários com imoveis á exploração ou não!
Contamos nas próximas semanas ter novidades que prontamente trataremos de informar por esta via.
