Caros Proprietários.
Recebemos hoje pela tarde, a confirmação por parte da Admitur, sobre a aceitação da nossa proposta de data para a realização da Assembleia Geral Ordinária.

Assim, esta Assembleia vai ter lugar no próximo dia 8 de Abril no nosso Empreendimento.
Propusemos uma ordem de trabalhos que queremos ver aprovada, com vista a ser possível a esta Comissão dar a conhecer a todos os tramites relacionados com o processo de seleção da nova Empresa Exploradora (Geração Proeza), assim como de todos os detalhes relacionados com o contrato e anexos nele contidos.

A nossa proposta, será a de realizar a reunião em duas fases. A primeira, pela manhã e apenas com os Proprietários de apartamentos em Exploração, com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:
1 - Apresentação por parte da Admitur de Resultados reltivos á Exploração de 2016.
2 - Apresentação de duvidas e esclarecimentos aos proprietários por parte da Admitur.
3 - Apresentação do processo de seleção da nova Empresa de Exploração, assim como as novas regras relativas á exploração.

A segunda fase, será a Assembleia Geral Ordinária, a realizar durante a tarde com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:
1 - Aprovação de contas 2016 relativas ao Condomínio (Admitur).
2 - Apresentação a realizar pela Comissão relativa a todo o processo de transição.
3 - Apresentação e aprovação do Orçamento de 2018 (Geração Proeza).
4 - Questões por parte dos Proprietários.

Sabemos que há muitos proprietários que tencionam vir de longe para esta Assembleia, por isso tentaremos encontrar no nosso empreendimento um espaço suficientemente grande para que todos possam assistir e ser devidamente esclarecidos.

Contudo, é importante aguardar pela convocatória oficial que deverá ser enviada pela Admitur e onde será oficialmente informada a data.

Dear Owners.

We received this afternoon the confirmation by Admitur about the acceptance of our proposal for the date of the Ordinary General Meeting.
Thus, this Assembly will take place on April 8 in our Enterprise.
We have proposed an agenda that we wish to see approved, in order to be able to inform about the processes related to the selection process of the new Exploration Company (Geração Proeza), as well as all the details related to the contract and annexes contained therein.

Our proposal will be to hold the meeting in two phases. The first, in the morning and only with the Owners of apartments in Exploration, with the following agenda:
1 - Presentation by Admitur of Results Relating to the Exploration of 2016.
2 - Presentation of doubts and clarifications to the owners by Admitur.
3 - Presentation of the selection process of the new Exploration Company, as well as the new rules regarding exploration.

The second phase will be the Ordinary General Assembly, to be held during the afternoon with the following agenda:
1 - Approval of 2016 accounts related to the Condominium (Admitur).
2 - Presentation by the Commission on the whole transition process.
3 - Presentation and approval of the 2018 Budget (Proeza Generation).
4 - Questions on the part of the Owners.

We know that there are many owners who intend to come from far, so we will try to find in our enterprise a space large enough for everyone to watch and be adequately informed.
Necer the less, this information doesn't replace the oficial lleter from Admitur, where will be confirmed all data.
