I was going to ask the same question as each year I have received the date too late to attend!

The date for the next meeting has not been published.
Co-owner José Teixeira Alves announced the next owners' meeting for March/April 2017 and the administration received this proposal to hold the meeting on Saturday (8 Apr 2017). The law (Decreto-Lei nº 15/2014, de 23 de Janeiro) however prescribes a 30 days notice for the invitation. Hence I would not expect the meeting before mid-April if the administration follows the law.
