Caro Sr. Teixeira, caro Sr. Teixeira Alves,

Obrigado por sua iniciativa e obrigado pelas mensagens de 5 de janeiro de 2017 e 16 de janeiro de 2017. Você anunciou que a nova administração de Albufeira Jardim convidaria para uma reunião de proprietários em março ou abril.
Você vai apreciar que muitos proprietários gostariam de ter a oportunidade de conhecer a nova administração na próxima reunião de proprietários. É desejável que a data para a próxima reunião de proprietários será anunciada o mais rapidamente possível para que os proprietários podem fazer preparativos de viagem para estar em Albufeira.

Proponho sábado 8 de abril de 2017 para a reunião dos proprietários.

Favor informar a nova administração da data proposta. Forneça um contato para a nova administração para que você não precise me acomodar.

Thank you for your initiative and thank you for your messages dated 5 Jan 2017 and 16 Jan 2017. You announced that the new administration of Albufeira Jardim would invite for an owners' meeting in March or April.
You will appreciate that many owners would like to have the opportunity to meet the new administration at the upcoming owners' meeting. It is desirable that the date for the upcoming owners' meeting will be announced as soon as possible so that owners can make travel preparations to be in Albufeira.

I propose Saturday 8 April 2017 for the owners' meeting.

Please inform the new administration of the proposed date.
Please provide a contact for the new administration so that you will not have to accomodate me.

Dear Mr. Obé.

As I had the opportunity to explain before, the agenda for the General Owners meeting has to be booked by Admitur, due the fact that they remain in the Condominium Administration till next Assemblée.

For the case, we as Commission will suggest specifically that date, but we can't promise due the fact that they have the last word concerning dates for the event.
