Stanford Dish and Brunch this Sat (6/25)

Dear Friends,

You, your friends and families are cordially invited to a couple of events this Saturday (6/25).

Hike at the Stanford Dish , Palo Alto (8 - 10 am)

This is a scenic 4-mile loop on steep, paved trails with great views on Stanford U. and the San Francisco Bay. We will meet at the Stanford Avenue gate on Junipero Serra Blvd. Please plan to arrive at 8 am and find parking on Stanford Ave. It will take you 15 min to find parking and 15 min to walk to the entrance. There is parking at the Lucille M. Nixon Elementary School on Stanford Ave. We will start the hike at 8:30 in the clock-wise direction http://www.everytrail.com/guide/the-stanford-dish-hike/map

It is expected to be sunny and warm. Bring a hat with a brim, sunscreen and water to protect your skin and stay hydrated.

Brunch at Voyageur du Temps, Los Altos (10:30 am-?)

This bakery and cafe is at 288 1st Street, Los Altos, CA 94022 (650) 383-5800. It is located 3.5 miles south of the Dish entrance. There is plenty of parking. Come in, get in the line, order your food and grab a seat in the patio.

You may opt to attend either or both events. Spouses and kids are specially welcome.
