Hi all, was just down at Saltspring Marina completing my summer moorage, it appears 5 boats have reserved moorage at B dock linear so with MelanieJayne there will be 6 of us for sure, should be fun, there sould still be a space or 2 at B linear as of this afternoon. As I know this group sometimes enjoys cultural experiences I have asked a couple of old school friends to give a short presentation regarding the Kanakan history on the Gulf Islands. Kathy and David Roland are direct descendants of the original settlers and Kathy has been  given  invitations for  presentations both in Canada and the US for many years so should be interesting,  we are thinking Sat afternoon on the dock, Kathy is also a great musician and you can catch her at the Tree House restaurant later, you may have heard Aunty Kate before, great singer.If you can make it please reserve, the marina is booking up for the summer fast, they do ask for your liability insurance so you know, also the staff said to let you know if the online booking shows no availability send them an email as the program is far from perfect.

   If we want a group dinner reservation at the dock(Mobys) let me know and I'll try to arrange it. If there's no room and you want to anchor behind goat island or in the harbour let us know and we will get together somehow, maybe for dinner?  Any suggestions are welcome, let me know, cheers,
