1972 Albin 25 for sale

Hi,

In 2019 for $12,500 I bought Lizji, a 1972 Albin 25 with a 30hp diesel in fair shape. She is presently moored in a boathouse at Goldstream marina near Victoria. I have done a bit of work on her, but there is also always more to do. She needs a haulout. Some otters got in and did a number on the cushions, so some new cushions are needed. I have an appropriately sized trailer that I have begun modifying to carry her, but it is not yet finished although I do have the appropriate rollers and a welder who can finish the installation.

Any combination of Lizji, the boathouse, and the trailer are available for sale if there is interest. I'd be happy to show or discuss. I really like this boat and have intentions to do some more cruising on her, but I am in the midst of starting a new business and she isn't getting much use presently so she could potentially benefit from finding a more engaged owner.
