There was this show ' Deal ya No-deal ' on air some months back in
which there used to be some 20(assumed) boxes. Each box has got a card
in it with values printed from Re.1 to 1 crore.

The contestant has to select a box and then that gets eliminated.

The value of the card in the last remaining box is what the contestant
wins.

So is there any way by which we can increase our chance to win 1
crore ?

yes, by decreasing the total number of boxes from 20 to one! and that
one contains 1 crore!, the probability becomes 1.
