August 28th.  Tee off by 9am.  Far East.  Front 9 Scramble, Back 9 Normal Handicap.

Attached are the folks who have signed up so far.  If your name is not there and it should be, let us know! If we get no more signups, we will be two groups of four and one group of five.  During the Scramble portion of the tournament, the groups of four will have one person throw twice to mimic the extra person in the group of five.

We will have the usual flags in play- closest to pin, longest drive, etc.  By Saturday, we'll know where those apply.

We should be good as far as crowds go.  The past couple of weeks have been move-in weekends but even with our late tee times we did not run into crowds of people.  I'm expecting that it should be more quiet this Saturday (no Greek concerts, no football games and morning after the first big party Friday).

Other things to note, is that there has been a ton of vegetation removal so many holes are the clearest that they've been.  Also, Oak tree is now gone on 16 making a much easier approach- that just happened before we played last weekend. Who knows what trees have disappeared this week?

Another reminder will come out on Friday- get your sarcasm and cutting remarks ready!

See you tomorrow!  We want first group to go by 9am so be there a little earlier to warm up, etc.

I suggest:

 longest drive on #1, #12, #15

Closest to the pin on 4, 9, and 13.

People should take a pic of the best from their flight and we compare at the end.

If you apply the Woodsmoke filter the number drop significantly but it’s much worse as you head up the hill and it’s 150 near memorial stadium
