Happy Arbor Week, tree supporters! Radix and SUNY Albany's ITECA (Institute for Transformational and Ecosystem-Based Climate Adaptation) need your help planting trees at Albany public schools and community spaces. We have a lot of trees to plant this week (oaks, apples, paw paws, black tupelos, serviceberries!) Volunteers are needed for tree planting for the following dates and times:
Friday, April 24th: Giffen Garden Party - Giffen Elementary School, 274 South Pearl Street, Albany - 2PM-5PM
Saturday, April 25th: Essie Snead Memorial Orchard, 302 2nd Street, Albany - 10AM to 1PM
Monday, April 27th: Albany International Academy - 50 Lark Street, Albany - 9:30 AM to 11 AM
Tuesday, April 28th: Arbor Hill Elementary School - 1 Arbor Drive, Albany - 1:30 PM to 3PM
