Hi ASC,
Jason and I recently learned that the State passed the EV Ready requirement into law in 2024. I am not sure how this has been implemented in the City, but it changes our strategy for this measure.
Our EV group was supposed to meet this Tuesday. Would we like to regroup and brainstorm ways to promote enforcement, or should we postpone until we get up to date with implementation?

Emma,
I’ve been trying to get in touch with Dean at EVsense (/EV go?) for weeks and haven’t heard back.
The pad is in, and energized at Albany West, but it may not meet the installer’s specifications
I as operating under the requirement the pad needed to be in, and energized for a pre June 1 install to make the city eligible for a tax credit/grant.
Is that still the case? Can we talk?
Thanks.
