ASC letter on ReImagine Albany

Gaby,

Per our last ASC meeting, here is an updated letter. We voted to sign on, and for you to do the signing as representative of ASC.

1. Add your signature to the word doc, and save as a PDF
2. Send as an attachment to an e-mail to our Mayor and the Common Council
3. We discussed that it would be best if your e-mail covered:
1. that the ASC met with ARC and RA reps (it's in the letter, but easily missed), and
2. that the ASC would welcome setting up a meeting for more information with Mayor Applyrs or any members of the. Common Council. This meeting could be to cover some questions they may have or to discuss ways the engagement process could be supported. It could be either ASC alone or include the RA coalition.
