Dear Singing Friends,

1. Thank you to everyone who came to our all-day singing yesterday! It was a great success. Burton Hall sounded wonderful with a small but mighty class of three dozen singers from Quebec, Montreal, and our region of the U.S. A joyful noise was produced, and a lot of people were very happy.

2. Please note that all but one of the July Saturday singings are canceled, as several of us will be attending Pioneer Valley (Sunderland, Mass.), Jeremiah Ingalls (Newbury, Vt.), Maine (Harpswell, Me.), and the Young People's Convention (Montreal, Que.). Upcoming singings that WILL occur are: this Saturday (June 24), July 8, and then (we expect) continuously again from August 5.

We don't cancel Saturday very often, but please check

3. HOLD THE DATE - On Nov. 5, 2-3:30pm, we are offering a singing school and participatory presentation for the New Scotland Historical Association. It will take place in the Wyman Osterhout Community Center, New Salem, N.Y.
